Encore Metals and Team Tube were purchased by RSAC in 2007, and Reliance Metals Canada Limited was established in 2009, as the executive company to Encore, Team Tube, and EMJ Canada.
RMCL takes an unconventional approach to its corporate structure, with a decentralized headquarters. Our President is based in Calgary, AB. We have a Vice President in the West, in Edmonton, AB and a Vice President in the East in Toronto, ON. Our finance team is stationed in Vancouver, BC, and Human Resources is based in Edmonton, AB, and Montreal, QC. Safety & Quality is situated in Toronto, ON, and Communications in Calgary, AB. This gives us the ability stay in touch with all the different market and industry conditions across the country and quickly adapt and respond when necessary.
